Displayed rental rates may reflect the average monthly cost after applying a one-month or two-month free concession, which is prorated over a 12-month lease term.
For example, the standard rent for a 2-bedroom (Kaede) is $2,650 per month; after applying the concession of two-months free, the effective monthly rate is $2,208.
If the 3-bedroom (Matsu) is $3,350 per month; after applying the concession of one-month free, the effective monthly rate is $3,071.
The Lease Agreement will reflect the full rent amount. The concession will reflect separately, and the credit will be applied after move-in.
